The Donut Pub keeps its doors open around the clock at its West Village location, where the menu goes well beyond the classic glazed ring. The shop offers croissant donuts in flavors including salted caramel, maple bacon, cannoli, cappuccino, s’mores and French toast, alongside filled and dipped specials, vegan donuts and gluten-free donuts. There are also donut bites, custom donuts, letter donuts and donut cakes for celebrations. The pastry case includes apple fritters, cinnamon buns, bow ties, turnovers, éclairs, cookies, crullers, muffins and croissants, while the breakfast-and-lunch menu covers bagels, egg sandwiches, sandwiches and paninis. Coffee drinks range from classic brewed coffee and espresso to cappuccinos, cold brew, iced lattes and matcha, mocha or chai drinks.

Born and raised in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, owner Buzzy Geduld, a former Wall Street trader, started The Donut Pub with his brother, and together, the pair brought a meticulous attention to detail, and perfected their craft.
