Sushi Yasuda was born when its three founders, Naomichi Yasuda, Shige Akimoto and Scott Rosenberg, bonded over their shared love of sushi and their desire to share it with others. The restaurant has been open since 1999, and has maintained a reputation for excellence: fish of the highest quality, and traditional sushi making in its purest form. Lunch and dinner are offered Monday through Saturday, and the restaurant also provides takeout from its full menu, including omakase: 18 pieces selected by the chef and a half roll, which you can consume in the comfort of your own home. Sushi lovers will be more than satisfied with a meal at Sushi Yasuda.
