The menu at their Carmine Street is rather simple, and perhaps there is an emphasis on quality of pizza over quantity of pizza that allows it to be named the best pizza Manhattan has to offer. It consists of classic cheese pizzas, Sicilian square pies, and fresh mozzarella pies. Toppings include pepperoni, sausage, meatballs, peppers, onions, and more. Check it out for yourself — it has numerous locations, but the Carmine Street one, open from 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 5 a.m. Friday and Saturday, is the original location.
