Today, the family business continues to specialize in meat, poultry and game, with an unusually extensive selection that ranges from Italian sausages and specialty cuts to lamb, goat, rabbit, venison, wild boar and prepared deli meats. Esposito can prepare many meats and poultry to customers’ specifications and accepts special orders over the phone. The market serves both residential and wholesale accounts, including restaurants, hotels and corporations, and offers delivery throughout Manhattan for qualifying orders. The business remains family-operated, with the next generation continuing the tradition established by Giovanni nearly a century ago.
