Sushi Nakazawa

Experience a beautiful and fun dining experience at Sushi Nakazawa, where there is a lovely lobby which is different from other omakase experiences that only have the counter as soon as you walk in. Omakase is the ultimate expression of trust to a sushi chef. It is also a chance for one who enjoys sushi to expand horizons and try new items that have been overlooked. The food is highly exceptional prepared by Chef Nakazawa, and the staff is very knowledgeable and attentive explaining what kind of fish is served, where it’s from and how they prepared it. The rice is flavorful while the sushi melts in your mouth. If you’re in town, Sushi Nakazawa is highly recommended for an exceptional dining experience.

If you are one of those people who always vow to try something new but then once it comes down to it always catch yourself ordering the same thing then Sakagura may be the restaurant for you. This Japanese Restaurant offers a prixe fixe menu only, so it forces you to step out of your comfort zone and trust that the chefs at this restaurant know what they are doing. The current menu starts off with seared slices off skipjack tuna and bacon wrapped scallop with a side of asparagus. Then sashimi santen mori and finish with red snapper. Can’t forget the dessert, which right now is coconut milk jelly topped with honeydew melon. Truly a menu, and night to remember when visiting Sakagura.
