Today, Eileen’s says its cheesecakes are handmade and made fresh daily, with a menu that includes classic plain, strawberry, cherry, chocolate and cookies-and-cream varieties, among others. The bakery also ships cheesecakes nationwide and offers local Manhattan delivery. The business remains family-run, with Eileen’s daughters Holly Maloney and Bonnie Ponte continuing the tradition. Its story is ultimately one of a family recipe that grew from a home kitchen into a dedicated cheesecake bakery.
