Together with her husband, Daniel Bendjy, Chef Myo Moe has been serving customers her homestyle Burmese cuisine for almost 10 years. What began as a pop-up in Queens, NY, turned into locations in both Brooklyn and Chelsea, the latter opening two short years ago. Inspired by the traditional dishes passed down from her mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, the plates are made with fresh, simple ingredients that give patrons the feeling of home-cooked comfort food.
